PV-NORD is closed. All buildings are finished and all PV-systems are up and running. There will be no more news posted on this site. In conclusion from the project, the PV-NORD buildings prove that good integration of solar cells in buildings is possible, but also that it is expensive and challenging, and requires planning and communication.

2004-10-14 New book: Active Solar energy in buildings and cities (Aktiv solenergi i hus- och stadsbyggnad, in Swedish). This book deals with the requirements that are put on PV systems when it comes to the architectural aspects, especially city planning. The book also describes expressive possibilities that are opened by the integration of PV in buildings. Marja Lundgren, White arkitekter in Stockholm, is co-author and member of the PV-NORD team. The price is 190 SEK plus VAT and P&P.

2002-10-01 Project meeting
The next project meeting will take place in Copenhagen on November 28th and 29th, 2002. It will include a visit to Kollektivhuset and a tour of Copenhagen PV sites on the 28th and a formal meeting (the status of the project, plans and experiences) on the 29th.
